Miroslaw Balka is looking for partners in Helsinki district associations, neighborhood communities and initiatives. He is searching for partners which play an important role in their own community and which have a specific issue or simply a reason to exist. IHME wants to provide an opportunity to be heard in the various issues that district communities might have.
