IHME Recommends: International Public Art Producers

For the rest of 2015, the IHME Recommends page will be introducing international public art producers. ENPAP, or the Enlarged Network of Public Art Producers, was initiated by director of Mossutställningar in Stockholm Stella d’Ailly. The aim of the network is to combine forces in fund-raising and sharing of professional expertise – both producing and curating – between members. IHME is happy to introduce the members of the network and the first agents to be introduced are tranzit.ro (Romania), Urbane Künste Ruhr (Germany), KORO (Norway), Mossutställningar (Sweden), and BAC Baltic Art Centre (Sweden).

Identifying agents and organizations working with public art and introducing them to the public has always been an important part of IHME’s activities. Over the years, our audience has had a chance to get to know leading commissioners of public art, such as Artangel (London), Creative Time (New York), Situations (Bristol), and Benesse Art Site (Seto Islands, Japan).
